From 2006 to 2015 he worked in the management of business and technical teams in the field of outsourcing IT services. Since 2015, then as part of the senior management of a business company that belonged to a holding structure that included a private medical facility. Since 2016 he has been working in this company as a sales director. At the beginning of 2018, he then took up the position of Deputy Director for IT at the University Hospital Ostrava and during 2023 he worked part-time at the Ministry of Health as a consultant for computerisation projects. Since 02/2024, he has been working at the Ministry of Health as Director of the National Centre for eHealth.
