Senior Human Resources Manager, Amazon

After graduating from Trnava University (Faculty of Education, majoring in English and Mathematics), he spent nine years at Lenovo in Slovakia as a local and regional HR Partner. In 2017, he joined Amazon as an HR Business Partner and progressed to the position of HR Manager, where he focused primarily on employee engagement, talent management, and legal compliance. Within Amazon, he is responsible for developing human resources management strategies. He specializes in talent development and the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures. He also plays a key role in communication and establishing cooperation with the company’s social partners. During his tenure at Amazon Slovakia, he has held the positions of HR Business Partner and HR Manager, and since April 2025, he has served as the Senior HR Manager for the Sereď logistics center.
