Anna is a financial services professional with nearly 20 years of experience across banking, insurance, fintech and e-commerce. For the past 15 years, she has been building and scaling digital financial products, operating at the intersection of technology, regulation and consumer trust. At Allegro, she has been responsible for developing and expanding Allegro’s embedded finance ecosystem, including Allegro Pay and merchant financing solutions that support millions of consumers and thousands of SMEs within one of the largest e-commerce platforms in CEE. Allegro Pay alone now serves nearly 3 million users, making it the largest embedded finance product in Poland. Throughout her career, Anna has worked in highly regulated environments across multiple CEE markets, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable product solutions. Her experience gives her a hands-on perspective on how digital platforms and payment solutions operate in practice and how regulation impacts innovation, operational complexity and business growth. Previously, she held roles in consulting, insurance and fintech, including work at PwC, Allianz Direct, and FinAi, a fintech startup she helped build and scale before it was acquired by Allegro.
